Sliced, diced, paste, canned or juiced, Opalka is hands down one of the hardest working tomatoes available. Opalka was brought to New York from Poland in the 1900’s and saved by SSE in the 1990’s. This large Polish paste has very few seeds, thin skin, and meaty with lots of sweet tomato flavor. Indeterminate, 85 days from transplant.
