A popular French market pumpkin due to its unique appearance and even more so for its exceptional flavor. The texture is silky, and holds up well when sautéed or roasted. Good for soups. The bumps or warts will eventually cover the entire fruit, so try to pick them before this happens so that you can still see the beautiful, underlying pink color.
