Serrano Pepper

A
medium heat chili pepper from the mountain regions in Mexico, around Hidalgo
and Puebla. The word serrano literally means
“from the mountains.” Serrano is 2-4”
long, candle shaped and its heat is easily adjusted by using more or less of it
in a recipe. (We love of it for
chili!) 85 days.
